NOTICE TO PERSONS CLAIMING TO BE CREDITORS OF INTENTION TO DECLARE DIVIDEND
(Under the Order for Winding up the above named Company dated the 27th November, 2015)
Take notice that a final dividend is intended to be declared in the above matter, and that if you do not establish your claim to the satisfaction of the court on or before the 11th day of April 2025, or such later day as the court may fix, your claim will be expunged, and I shall proceed to make a final dividend without regard to such a claim.
