NOTICE TO PERSONS CLAIMING TO BE CREDITORS OF INTENTION TO DECLARE DIVIDEND

(Under the Order for Winding‑up the above‑named Company dated the 22^nd August, 2003)

Take notice that a final dividend is intended to be declared in the above matter, and that if you do not establish your claim to the satisfaction of the court on or before the 7^th day of March 2025, or such later day as the court may fix, your claim will be expunged, and I shall proceed to make a final dividend without regard to such a claim.
