NOTICE OF WINDING-UP AND APPOINTMENT

TAKE NOTICE that the Supreme Court of Bermuda granted a Winding-Up Order against Zephyr Reinsurance Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”) on the 18th January 2019 and appointed the Official Receiver as the Provisional Liquidator of the Company.
