PUBLIC HEALTH (COVID-19 EMERGENCY POWERS)
(PHASED RE-OPENING) REGULATIONS 2021
AMENDMENT OF LARGE GROUP EXEMPTIONS
The Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport hereby amends the following large group exemptions which were previously granted under regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021 to add the following conditions:
- Event organizers must enforce that all participants have a negative antigen test result taken the day of the event in addition to having a valid SafeKey; and
- Events must end in time to allow participants time to travel home safely before curfew is in effect from 12.30am.
