Notice to all Public Authorities as

listed in the Schedule to the PATI Act 2010

Pursuant to sections 7(1)(b), 8(1), and 58(3) of the Public Access to Information (PATI) Act 2010, every public authority listed in Column 1 of the Schedule to the Act shall submit to the Information Commissioner by 31 December 2021, the ICO 2021 Annual Return.

Returns should be submitted to the Information Commissioner’s Office, Maxwell Roberts Building, 4^th Floor, 1 Church Street, Hamilton HM11, or by email to stats@ico.bm. Further information and additional copies of the 2021 Annual Return package are available by contacting the Information Commissioner’s Office at stats@ico.bm or on 543-3700.
