Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Elkinson
Barrister & Attorney to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for the following matter:
- 2023/12 app Owen Millett v Nakia Scott-Millett et al for the period
May 16, 2023, until this matter is complete
