APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL

LISTING OF RENEWAL APPLICATIONS FOR BETTING LICENCES

1. Axum Limited (Paradise Games) application for Bookmakers Licence

Business to be situated at:           53 Court Street, Hamilton HM 11, Bermuda

Objections to applications must be in writing and received by the Bermuda Gaming Commission by 5pm Wednesday 30^th March 2022. They may be submitted via email to: applications@bcgc.bm

The following persons may lodge an objection with the Commission to the grant of a licence:

1. The Commissioner of Police;
2. In the case of premises in the Municipal areas of Hamilton or St. George, the Corporations thereof;
3. Any person who is the owner or occupier of any property situated within 300 meters of the premises;
4. Any person ordinarily resident in the parish in which the premises are located

Written objections should state any concerns regarding the application or applicant, interest which the objector (s) may have in property nearby the proposed premises and the relevant address, a concise statement of the grounds of the objection.
