NOTICE 2019

The Information Commissioner who has supervision of the Office

of the Information Commissioner, in exercise of the power conferred

by section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

Citation

1.This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement)

Office of the Information Commissioner Notice 2019.

Deposit of information statement

1. Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010,
2. notice is hereby given that the Office of the Information Commissioner’s information
3. statement has been deposited for public inspection at—

a. the Bermuda Archives;
 

b. the Bermuda National Library; and
 

c. the Office of the Information Commissioner

and shall come into operation on 14 January 2019.
