Architectural Services for a New Build Department of Parks Headquarters

This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Architectural Services for a New Build Department of Parks Headquarters as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").

The Government is seeking to build a new purpose built facility to house the Department of Parks Headquarters and Maintenance Yard at #4 Marsh Folly Road, Pembroke.  This facility will serve as the main hub for the Department of Parks administrative staff, work crews, light and heavy vehicles, and storage for various materials.

Pre-Bid / Site Visit Meeting

A Pre-Bid / Site Visit meeting has been scheduled for this procurement.  The purpose of the Pre-Bid / Site Visit meeting is to provide a structured and formal opportunity for the Proponents to raise questions and clarify any of the proposal requirements and procurement process.  The date, time and location are provided as follows:
