The Environmental Authority
The Environmental Authority is a statutory board that performs functions assigned to it under the Clean Air Act 1991 and the Water Resources Act 1975. It consists of 7 members in total, including a Chairman appointed by the Minister responsible for the Environment, one member appointed by the Minister responsible for Health and one member appointed by the Minister responsible for Works and Engineering.
The Minister of Home Affairs is pleased to make the following appointments with effect from 1st January 2024, under the applicable legislation unless otherwise indicated.
