FROM MONDAY 26th AUGUST THROUGH TO FRIDAY 13th SEPTEMBER, 2019

This Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform motorists there will be ongoing temporary lane closures on Cahow Way, St. Georges to accommodate the relocation of the palm trees from the airport departure terminal median and the bike/car short term parking lot median.

These temporary lane closures will take approximately 1 hour per day from Monday 26th August through to Friday 13th September, 2019.

The section of Cahow Way that will be affected by this temporary lane closure starts from the L.F.Wade departure terminal entrance, to the airport arrival terminal exit on the eastbound lane; leading to the airport dump.

Motorists will be restricted to the use of one-lane on Cahow Way to allow for motorists to travel to the airport dump, and the taxi stand to pass. The traffic control will be under direction of the Airport Authority/Skyport representatives.

The Ministry of Public Works wishes to encourage the full cooperation of the motoring public and apologizes for any inconvenience that may result.

Should there be any questions regarding these works, please direct queries to the attention of Tina Searle, Acting Principal Highways Engineer on 501-3044.
