The Government of Bermuda, through the Ministry of Public Works is soliciting tenders from experienced contractors to supply and install a replacement water main near Fort Prospect, Devonshire. The purpose of this work is to replace a portion of the existing south distribution main as part of the Governments Urgent Central Distribution Improvement Program. This project involves trench excavation; supply and installation of 6” High Density Polyethylene Pipe (HDPE) pipe; connection to existing supply points; backfill trench and reinstatement of the road. 
 
Contractors submitting a tender for this work will be required to provide sufficient information to demonstrate their technical and financial capability to complete the works in accordance with the specification and schedule and demonstrate that they have successfully completed similar projects involving Water pipe supply and installation.  Tenders submitted by contractors who cannot demonstrate this expertise will be automatically rejected.
