Planning, Building and Enforcement COTS Application
The Government of Bermuda, Ministry of Home Affairs and Department of Planning hereby invite all suitably qualified vendors to submit a proposal for the acquisition of a commercial off the shelf (COTS) Planning, Building and Enforcement software application.
Proposals must provide information that demonstrates the technical and financial ability of the vendor to provide a solution that meets the case management, document management and geographic information system needs associated with the planning application and building permit processing lifecycle, including enforcement and compliance, and development monitoring capabilities. In addition, proof of similar, recent projects that have been successfully completed must be supplied.
