 His Excellency The Governor, after consultation with the Chief Justice, 

has approved the appointment of Mr. Hugh Southey, Barrister & Attorney, to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for the period of 13^th March 2026 for the below specified matter:
