The Head of the Public Service, Cherie Whitter, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Adrian Dill as the Director of Energy for the Ministry of Home Affairs. 

In this capacity, Mr. Dill will work under the policy direction of the Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Home Affairs and will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance for the Department of Energy.

Mr. Dill brings 30 years of combined experience across the private and public sectors, including 12 years in Bermuda’s regulated energy and fuels industries, having held senior roles at BELCO and Rubis Energy Bermuda. 

Adrian began his public service career as an Energy Policy Analyst and has since served in key leadership roles, including Acting Assistant Director of Public Transportation and Acting Director of Energy.

Mr. Dill holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Business Administration, and is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET).
