The Permanent Secretary who has supervision of the Ministry of Housing and Municipalities HQ, in exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Public Access to Information (Information Statement) Act 2010, gives the following Notice:

Citation

1. This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information (Information Statement) (Ministry of Housing and Municipalities HQ) Notice 2025

Deposit of information statement

1. Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Ministry of Housing and Municipalities HQ information statement has been deposited for public inspection at— 
2. the offices of the Ministry of Housing and Municipalities HQ; 
3. the Bermuda Archives; 
4. the Bermuda National Library; and 
5. the Office of the Information Commissioner 

and shall come into operation on 13^th May 2025.
