Notice for publication in the Gazette. 

Pursuant to regulation 5(4) of the Civil Aviation (Air Transport Licensing) Regulations 2007 (the “regulations”) the Air Transport Licensing Panel (the “Panel”) hereby publishes the following particulars of an application for an air transport licence (ATL) served by BermudAir Limited. 

Date application served:  31 December 2024. 

Date from which ATL sought to be effective: as soon as possible.

Proposed services: scheduled and charter operations carrying passengers, cargo or mail or any of the foregoing combined.

Scheduled services proposed: initially scheduled operations from Bermuda (TXKF) to

Bradley International (KBDL), Charleston International (KCHS), Boston Logan International (KBOS), Baltimore/Washington International (KBWI), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (KFLL), Westchester County (KHPN), LaGuardia (KLGA), Orlando International (KMCO), Raleigh-Durham (KRDU), Halifax Stanfield (CYHZ) and Toronto Pearson International (CYYZ)

The Panel hereby specifies the period of 21 days from the date of publication of these particulars for service of any objection or representation pursuant to regulation 8.
