The Acting Governor, after consultation with the

Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. David Kessaram

Barrister & Attorney to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for the following matter:

V.S.E. v T.T. 2018/190 civ. for the period 15 June 2023 until this matter is complete
