Department of Planning to Host Virtual Lunch & Learns About the City of Hamilton Plan 2023 (Consultative Draft)
The Department of Planning will host two virtual lunch and learn events about the City of Hamilton Plan 2023 (Consultative Draft) live on Facebook, YouTube and CITV on Tuesday, 7 March, from 12 pm to 1 pm and Wednesday, 15 March, from 1 pm to 2 pm.
Deputy Premier and Minister of Home Affairs, the Hon Walter Roban, JP, MP, said, “The City of Hamilton is the central hub for much of island’s commerce, entertainment and activities. These events are a great opportunity for the public to learn and have their questions answered about a document which will have a critical role in shaping the future of the City. I encourage everyone to review the City Survey Report 2023 alongside the consultative draft plan and prepare your questions in advance. Your participation in this event is vital as it will enable the Department of Planning to enhance the plan further, helping ensure Bermuda’s residents contribute to the final version.”
Joining from the Department of Planning will be:
- Mrs. Victoria Cordeiro – Director
- Mr. Kenny Campbell – Acting Senior Planner
- Mrs. Tamsyn Doran – Planner
Moderating these events will be Mr. Michael A.E. Brangman, Communications Officer with the Department of Communications.
Questions can be submitted to the panel in the comments on Government’s Facebook page or emailed to askus@gov.bm.
