ACTING APPOINTMENT

Her Excellency, The Governor, after consultation with the

Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Elkinson

Barrister & Attorney to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for the following matter:

Bermuda Healthcare Services Ltd. and Brown Darrell Clinic v Tuviere Ideh 2022/24 app. for the period 22 February 2023, until this matter is complete
