ACTING APPOINTMENT

Her Excellency, The Governor, after consultation with the

Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Jeffery Elkinson

Barrister & Attorney to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for the following matters:

• 2022 no. 22app Bermuda Healthcare Services Ltd and Brown Darrell Clinic v Tuviere Ideh for the period 14^th October 2022 until this matter is complete
• 2022 no. 14app Jordan Thompson-Parris v Pamela E. Simons for the period 24^th October 2022 until this matter is complete
