The Human Rights Act, 1981 (Act) establishes an independent Selection and Appointment Committee, which has a statutory function to appoint members to serve on a panel as members of the Human Rights Tribunal. In accordance with Section 1, Schedule 3 of the Act, the Selection and Appointment Committee is pleased to make the following appointments with effect from September 22, 2022.
