THE NORTH EAST HAMILTON LOCAL PLAN 2022 NOTICE 2022

WHEREAS The Minister of Home Affairs has caused a development plan entitled The North East Hamilton Local Plan 2022 to be prepared;

AND WHEREAS objections and representations in respect of the Draft North East Hamilton Local Plan 2021 have been invited by the Minister and determined by the Objections Tribunal;

AND WHEREAS the Minister, on due consideration of the report of the Objections Tribunal, deems it expedient to exercise the powers conferred on him by section 11(9) of the Development and Planning Act 1974;

THEREFORE, in exercise of those powers, the Minister gives the following NOTICE—

The Plan

The North East Hamilton Local Plan 2022 is HEREBY DECLARED as approved by resolution of the House of Assembly on 17 June 2022 and the Senate on the 6 July 2022, becoming operative on the 6 July 2022.

Inspection of the Plan

The North East Hamilton Local Plan 2022 can be inspected on the Department of Planning website planning.gov.bm
