ACTING APPOINTMENT

Her Excellency, The Governor, after consultation with the

Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Mark Pettingill, Barrister & Attorney to act as Assistant Justice for one (1) day period, 12^th July 2022 (to attend the case management hearing of the two cases of which he is the trial Judge: R v Palealkhai Williams 2021/007cri; and R v Psalm Darrell 2021/032cri).
