(PHASED RE-OPENING) REGULATIONS 2021
AMENDMENT OF LARGE GROUP EXEMPTIONS
The Minister of Youth, Culture and Sport hereby amends the following large group exemptions which were previously granted under regulation 5(5) of the Public Health (COVID-19 Emergency Powers) (Phased Re-opening) Regulations 2021:
- To allow the use of SafeKey or a negative antigen test taken the day of the event for indoor gatherings over the permitted number of persons (200).
