MONDAY NOVEMBER 1^ST, 2021 THROUGH FRIDAY DECEMBER 31^ST, 2021

The Ministry of Public Works wishes to inform motorists that BLDC’s ongoing trench work will continue down Mullet Bay from Penno’s Wharf up to Rose Hill into the St. George’s Club RO plant.

The ongoing lane closure on Mullet Bay Road will continue through to Friday December 31^st, 2021. Working hours will be from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, weekly from Monday through Saturday. Trench work should reach up to 200 feet of open section lengths at a time.

Motorists, especially construction vehicles, buses and taxis are asked to use extreme caution when passing the open trench since it may at times be near the center yellow line and can be quite deep.

Traffic controls will be under the direction of Island Construction Services Ltd. representatives and will be managed through traffic control signs and signals.

The Ministry of Public Works wishes to encourage the full cooperation of the public and apologizes for any inconvenience that may result.
