ePayment Gateway (Cancelled)
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for ePayment Gateway as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Government of Bermuda is seeking to develop a payment gateway to promote the efficiency, transparency, and quality of Government services by delivering an integrated framework that takes advantage of economies of scale. A payment gateway means a unified reporting solution and all payment data housed in a single repository across all departments. With integrated data and the removal of siloed systems, the Government will function more efficiently and serve citizens better.
We are seeking a payment gateway framework to accept on-line payments for government services offered on-line. The Government requires daily batch reporting in order to reconcile cashier activity and bank account(s). The software/framework shall integrate with the Government collection and accounting software programmes currently in use or from now on acquired. The payment solution shall be integrated successfully in a variety of operating environments and is technology-neutral, and works efficiently with a variety of hosting architectures, processors, financial accounting systems, and merchant service providers.
