Proposals are invited from experienced Architectural/Interior Design Firms for Architectural Interior Design and Project Management Services for the interior renovation/alteration of Sessions House.
The selected Architectural/Interior Design Firm will be required to work under the direction of the Chief Architect or designee to manage and undertake the planning, design and construction of works for the Architects Section, including, but not limited to, investigations and feasibility studies, preparation of construction tender documents, preparation of furniture, fixtures and equipment packages, millwork packages, contract management and site supervision.
Mandatory Site Visit:
The mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 @ 10:00am. Attendees shall meet at Sessions House’s east entrance (near elevator lobby). Submissions will not be accepted if Proponents have not attended the mandatory site visit.
