This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Office Cleaning Services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").
The Department of Employee and Organizational Development (DEOD) is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning services.

Site Visit / Pre-Bid Meeting
The bidder's designated representative is invited to attend a Pre-bid meeting, if provided for; the purpose of the meeting will be to clarify issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised at that stage of the procurements. If so provided for, the Government will organize a site visit. The bidder is requested, as far as possible, to submit any questions in writing, to reach the RFQ Contact not later than one week before the meeting. Non-attendance at the Pre-bid meeting and site-visit will not be a cause for disqualificaiton of a bidder.
