This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Financial Feasibility Study Quarry Operations as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").
The Government of Bermuda is requesting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a financial feasibility study to determine the optimal direction of the Government-owned Quarry. A financial feasibility study will include a cost/benefit analysis and forecast an expected return on investment (ROI), as well as outline any financial risks associated with the possible future operating scenarios of the Quarry.
