The Economic Development Department (EDD) is pleased to fund the Fintech Training Programme for Bermudian learners. This programme is designed to enhance skills and provide valuable networking opportunities in the fintech industry. Below are the steps and requirements for successful participation:
Steps and Requirements
Application and Orientation:
- Before the deadline announced by the EDD, the learner must apply for the Programme.
- Attend the orientation session on the date and time specified by the EDD.
Fintech Course Completion:
- By the deadline announced by the EDD, complete the selected Fintech course from the provided list.
- Submit the relevant certificate of completion to the EDD.
DWD Modules Completion:
- By the deadline announced by the EDD, complete the DWD modules.
- Submit the relevant confirmation from DWD to the EDD.
Networking Sessions:
- Attend 100% of the networking sessions organized by the EDD.
Programme Graduation:
- Upon completing the above steps, the learner may graduate from the Programme.
Final Documentation Submission:
- No later than the graduation day, submit the following to the EDD:
- Fintech course certificate of completion
- Proof of payment for the Fintech course
- DWD confirmation of completion
Reimbursement:
- With no unreasonable delay, the EDD will reimburse the cost of the Fintech course to the learner.
