Ministry of Health Announces Lunch & Learn Sessions for Mental Health Anti Stigma Month 2026

Lunch Learn Mental Health

The Ministry of Health, together with the Mental Health Anti‑Stigma Group, is inviting the community to participate in two virtual Lunch & Learn sessions as part of Mental Health Anti‑Stigma Month 2026. These sessions are designed to spark awareness, encourage open dialogue, and build practical skills that support everyday wellbeing.

Session 1: Stress & Resilience

Monday, May 18 at 12:00 pm (Webex)

Participants will explore tools to manage pressure, protect their peace, and strengthen their ability to bounce back from challenges.

Session 2: Generational Wellbeing in the Workplace

Tuesday, May 26 at 12:00 pm (Webex)

This session will examine how different generations experience work, stress, and support, and how we can create healthier spaces for everyone.

“Mental wellbeing is something we all deserve, and it grows stronger when we learn together,” said Minister of Health, Kim Wilson. “These sessions give our community a chance to pause, reflect, and build practical tools that support healthier workplaces and healthier lives. I encourage everyone to join us, bring your lunch, and take part in these important conversations.”

These sessions are hosted by the Mental Health Anti‑Stigma Group under the Ministry of Health.
