Due to the overwhelming demand for the e-Census data collection method, the Department of Statistics will be extending the e-Census period until July 13, 2016. Residents who have yet to complete the census questionnaire for their households are asked to do so using the password on the e-Census letter mailed to them. If your household has not yet received this letter, please email the following information to statsupport1@gov.bm using the Subject 'e-Census Password Request' to obtain your e-Census password:

· Assessment Number (if known)
After receiving your password, if you require assistance please note that the e-Census Helpline is available until July 13, 2016. The Helpline details are as follows:
e-Census Helpline: 297-7761 - option 1
Weekday Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. excluding public holidays
Weekend Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
If your household does not have a computer with internet access, please call the e-Census helpline to complete your census questionnaire over the phone. Alternatively, please visit the Department of Statistics between 9:30am and 4:00pm on weekdays to receive assistance from a census officer.
